Your piece of Juliette du Jacob can last a long time if looked after and handled with care.

Your piece should not be immersed in water and should be kept away from chlorine, bleach, vinegar, ammonia, household cleaners, hand sanitizer and other such liquids. Avoid hard surfaces, or rough and tumble activities. Please note that ultrasonic cleaning is too aggressive for most gemstones, such as you taking shower with chemicals like shampoo.

When getting ready, please put your jewelry on last, after applying makeup, perfume, hairspray, lotions or others.

We advise keeping your pieces in a cool, dry place and stored in its box or pouch. and avoid exposure to direct sunlight, as it may affect the color of stones.
Whenever necessary use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean your jewelry pieces. We recommend you find a local professional cleaning or to repair any emergency issue. Be sure we will be able to hear your case as well, please mail us at contact@juliettedujacob.com with the name of your piece, a photograph, plus an explanation of the issue. Once we review your request, we will contact you with detailed procedures and prices.
