Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping. Since we deal with 18K Gold and Exclusive Carved precious or non-precious gemstones, our orders qualify for 2-10 business days shipping, from date of order placement. Our pieces are made for You Specially, if we don’t have a Stock ready-piece to Ship Immediately, be relaxed that we will try our best to deliver as quick as possible.

Our shipments require a signature upon receipt. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your orders. 
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM EST will be processed that day and ship within one business day if we have piece on stock. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM EST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. 


International Shipping

Worldwide Free Shipping for Jewelry Only. All international orders will be subject to taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be due upon delivery on customers responsibility.


For high quantity orders, a representative from Juliette du Jacob will contact you to arrange delivery. All other orders will be shipped by an Express Shipment of our choice.
If you refuse a shipment from Juliette du Jacob, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Juliette du Jacob. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to contact@juliettedujacob.com right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Juliette du Jacob does not process orders on Weekends or Holidays observed by the company and following National US Holiday Calendar.
